The product is fine (as far as I can tell) but it took so long to arrive. Ordered on 28/9 and despite an email to say it had been despatched a day or two later it was three weeks before anything arrived. I sent an email to ask what was going on and received no response.

Bought this cartridge for future use so have not used it yet. All I would say is using genuine Epson replacement cartridges does ensure your printer lasts a longer time than if you use compatible cartridges. I speak from experience on this. I used to use "Think" branded carts and they screw up the printer in the end thus shortening its life.
