Shower kits are designed to offer an effective, safe ventilation solution for installation immediately above the shower cubicle, bath or in the bathroom ceiling. This type of installation requires a more powerful motor as the extracted air will generally have further to travel than a standard through wall installation as it is typically fitted with the duct running in a loft space and ducted out through the soffit on the house exterior. For effective performance it is not recommended that this distance exceed 3 metres. The kit' will provide the items required for the installation, which will include; 3mtr length PVC flexi-ducting, a duct fan, fixing bracket, duct fixing ties and an internal and external grille. Due to the location of their installation Shower Kits are designed for safe use in all bathroom zones and have an IP44 safety rating. 70% less noise than conventional fans. The Silent Range has been developed in response to customers who want to eliminate the nuisance noise of good ventilation.
