I have purchased the B Complex from another website but I get the best price and SHIPPING FEES at Amazon. Using full spectrum of B vitamins is an excellent tranquilizer for me. I discovered this a few years ago when I started taking high potency vitamins for fibromyalgia. I highly recommend Daily Energy B Complex. It does not contain the fillers as so many others do.
