5.0 out of 5 stars Extremely accurate summary of each enneagram type., 20 Mar 1999
By A Customer
I am extremely impressed by the accuracy with which this book describes the nine enneagram types. I have been a student of the enneagram for 15 years, and of all the books I have read, this is by far the best in summarizing the essence of each type. It is also very easy to read, and the material is presented with a gentle humor. Through the authors' eyes, we can see our gifts and foibles clearly, with compassion, and with an appreciation of the cosmic humor inherent in the human condition.

5.0 out of 5 stars The first Enneagram book anyone should read!, 28 Jul 1998
By A Customer
Through humor and cartoons, Baron and Wagele have joined talents and taken a mystical personality system and demystified it. Whether you are interested in a surface understanding or a mastery, this is the best book available to introduce you to the transformative capacity of the Enneagram. Buy two. One for yourself and one for your best friend!

5.0 out of 5 stars A good introduction to the Enneagram, 15 Nov 2002
By A Customer
I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the Enneagram using this book and particularly liked the illustrations. It is easy to follow and the Inventories at the start of each chapter are fun to complete and provide a useful indicator to your type. With both my partner and I having strong scores in 8, it is little wonder that we have some interesting debates.
