Mary Norwack has provided the rest of the world with a great compendium of English Puddings to enjoy when not in England. Having tried a few I really enjoyed the way they tasted. The recipes are very interesting and she gives great backgroung information on how and where there recipes originated, how and where the variations were derived and even a line or two of anecdotes without being annoying. Overall a great book. Good Luck and Enjoy :)
