An excellent book covering all aspects of English Banknotes . The detail and information given from 1928 onwards is second to none .The information includes quantities of notes issued , with serial number ranges and listed by Chief Cashier . The book also gives list prices you'd expect to pay for banknotes depending upon condition . This is the only thing that let's the book down , and why I do not give it 5 stars . Market prices do fluctuate and this book is now well out of date . A must for a collector of English Paper money.
