Supporting the study of English literature from the Middle Ages to the present, this book is designed as an introductory text AND a helpful reference tool for an entire English Literature degree. Again needed this for English Honours as it was the prescribed text. Amazon supplied it far cheaper than the SA prices and in double quick time. I recommend it not just for the study context, but also for pure interest as it puts literature in historical context which is fascinating.
