American through and through with all the typical grammatical errors that Americans continue to make. No wonder. If they follow the advice in this book, their grammar will never reach perfection. Who/whom, the word 'and' following a comma - both huge bugbears of mine. Readers are given carte blanche to continue to use them incorrectly. Hugely disappointing!
