Product Description

My birth was easy; I slipped out like a greasy turd. Cleared of deviancy I turned to look at the host, a ruffled looking creature of perhaps thirty. I noticed in disgust that mucus had pooled in the pronounced cleft of her chin and as I was placed in flab dimpled arms I frantically tried to wipe it away. Interpreted as affection this elicited knowing chuckles from the assembled professionals, all of who were sodden with perspiration and blood. I have yet to reason why so many were present at my conjuring - perchance the stars ordained my coming?

Thus begins England, my England, the controversial tale of a particularly English killer. Born of working class parents in a market town, witness his bloody struggle against bullies, teachers, liberals, the aristocracy, and a bloated culture screaming for annihilation. And the cat.

Unsuitable for children or retards.

Distasteful tat 10 Mar 2012

I admire the authors way of being able to drag you in and make you recoil in horror then laugh out loud moments later but as a mother, I feel sickened by this authors (thinly disguised) fantasies. You have to be sick in the head to write about a cat anally raping a child and other parts of the book that are equally unpleasant. I'm very surprised by Amazon selling/giving away total filth like this. The humour is clear, cut and very good. The book as a whole though is a hovel for sick individuals with enjoy reading such drivel and socially unacceptable, abit fictional, happenings. 1/5 and I'm only giving it a one for the humour. You sir (the author) are one sick puppy.

In a hyper-real, world of filth, violence, depravity and cruelty, a serial killer mercilessly goes about his bloody vengeance upon this seedy world and the sick and twisted grotesques that bore and shaped him. The "action" is gloriously shocking and disgusting and punches right in the face from page one. Horror and absurdity are the main themes which flip the reader from utter disgust to guilty sniggering laughter in the same paragraph. It's amazing how quickly you become inured to the horror and come to see it as the amusing logic of the screwed up-eaten-then-regurgitated world that King Henry has created.
If you are into sick humour, this is the sickest out there...

Funny and twisted 15 Mar 2011

Bought this at a horror convention a couple of years ago, and it's unlike anything I've ever read before. It's about a boy that grows up to be a mass murderer in an unnamed town in Thatcherite England, and the action mainly follows his adventures in school. The violence is pretty much non stop, and I could only really handle it because of the humour. This book is so funny at times I was almost crying, although the ending is so nasty and horrible I have to knock a star off!
