I've had the good fortune to see Jo Salter talk in public and be wowed by her positive approach to both life and managing organisational issues. Her book helps to reinforces much that we probably know about ourselves but don't always articulate in a common sense and practical way. Loved it and would highly recommend.

Here's an author who really delivers!
What does it take to make sense of some of life's perennial problems. Do we need to be pragmatic? Practical? Creative? Spiritual? All of these?
Jo Salter's 'Energize!" is a moving, honest and enjoyable read that delivers some interesting answers... you'll be surprised and delighted at how much energy you have and how it can be used!

I'm a little perplexed about this book...and why anyone would choose to publish it.
I found it to be just a carbon copy of all the low-brow claptrap discussed on this subject and provides no original intelligent thought. As such, if you're comfortable reading the same old nonsense, which, ultimately, has no substance and will pass from the page through your brain without meeting any resistance, then this book is for you.
If, however, you want to read something that might give some sort of original insight and more than an ounce of perspecacity, then my advice would be to purchase something by one of the established leaders in the field.
If you really want to Engergise!, you'd be better off snorting a bowlful of white sugar.
