I bought this book yesterday and I have not yet finished it, but already I must sing its praises. I just read another two chapters at lunch and can't put it down.
It is a great source of comfort and wisdom for those of us searching for a mate. God is already our Soul Mate, as the author explains, and once we acknowledge and accept this, we are content to be the best we can be and not push, pursue or rush anything with members of the opposite sex. Trust in the Lord to provide.
She gives very practical advice with biblical testimony to back it up - we must wait and be patient trust that God who loves and cares for us more than anyone on earth ever will, will provide the right partner when He is ready - not when we feel we are ready.
This is just what I needed to hear as I go through another challenging time in this area of my life. What a blessing it was to stumble upon this book! I can't recommend it highly enough.

I just borrowed this book from my sister a week ago and officially just finished it today. This is one of the best books I have read lately on the issue. Michelle was very real about the position single women are in. Usually we are awaiting the man of our dreams. I have learned that Jesus has to be the man of our dreams first before he can release us to another. Michelle used accurate scripture (the story of Boaz and Ruth--you can read it yourself in Bible) to relate God's plan to send us our husbands. The number one thing that I took away from this book is that we are single for a reason. It is usually because God is dealing with us as we are. He wants a deeper relationship with us before we have to share our love with him and someone else. "Ending the search for Mr. Right" will allow you to "Begin the search for true happiness!"

I can't not reccommend this book enough.. I am an avid reader, and have plenty of books to still read, however I read this book in 1 weekend and I am re-reading chapter by chapter, I am taking notes of the "gems" contained and journaling the questions she poses.. this book is really a Divine-inspired healing tool for women. I have recommended this book to many of my friends, co-workers, etc.. It is one of the best!
