Red are a tremendously talented group. Their album was made to help people get over the problems that they have. I believe it has done that.

Wonderful, the songs are awesome, inspired by God. Barne's voice is beautifulit, it makes you wanna cry, he really gets into the songs. When he screams to me it sounds as though he is sorrowful, wailing, it's nicely weird.

Breathe into me, Let Go, Pieces, and Already over pt2 are the best songs on this album of perfection. If you like rock bands such as Skillet and Flyleaf...BUY IT! You'll never be the same.

Red have brought back the Nu-metal sound of old, similar to Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory, this album is full of agression and melody amidst some damn good song writing. Every song here is a potential single, so its no wonder that 2 years after its release, they are still riding the wave of success of this album in the states, but not so much here in UK, because this kind of music is not "in" anymore, its all about the emo/indie bands these days, which is a shame cause the lyrics on an album like this are more hard-hitting and passionate than anything i've heard on the radio today. I reccomend this album for anyone who bought "Minutes to Midnight" by Linkin Park and were dissapointed, because this album continues the legacy of nu-metal in great style.

R.E.D... where to begin. Personally I would review this as my favourite album by the band due to its capacity to reach us as an audience. The songs (whether you believe in God or not) are able to reach out and provoke your emotions, be it anger, sorrow or simply reflection. When songs such as "Pieces" seep through the speakers we can't help but stop and listen. The gentle nature of the song and stunning piano, complimented by violins and over a minute of introduction reach us and the emotive yet hopeful lyrics are, to say the least, beautiful. We as an audience can relate with these lyrics, regardless as to whether you would accosiate them with God or not.

However this is in contrast to songs such as "Breathe Into Me" which is a wonderful example of a rock song, fast, exciting to listen to with plenty of heavy material to dwell on. R.E.D's ability to produce both heavy, head banging material back to back with softer, sorrowful tracks such as "Lost (Acoustic Version)" is a crucial reason as to why they're an amazing band and leave much to be desired.

The lyrics found on each track can relate to various struggles we face in daily life, enabling us to connect with this music and deal with these difficulties. Importantly though, the lyrics don't become transfixed in sorrow and a lack of faith (be in in God or in life), adding an element of hope and optimism and beauty. R.E.D have produced a master piece when they released End Of Silence and I would reccomend to all those that listen to bands such as: Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, We Are The Fallen, 30 Seconds To Mars, that the dramatic lyrics and mixture of head banging tracks and slower, more sorrowful tracks may definitely appeal to you.

Thank you R.E.D for ending the silence with such stunning music!!!

Fantastic debut album, this is rock music at its finest. Scorching, red hot guitar riffs and vocals. Red switch effortlessly from hard rock to the kind of choruses that stick with you all day. The album is very, very easy to listen to and offers one of the single best collection of rock tracks that has been released in recent times.

Favourites are 'Breathe Into Me', 'Let Go', 'Already Over', 'Lost', 'Break Me Down' and 'Wasting Time'. Have a listen and if it's slightly your thing, you're likely to get hooked.

A friend recomented Red to me so i bought this album i must say it is a fantasic buy! 'Breathe into me' is the best of all these great songs, sang with passion with great riffs aswell.the song 'Already over' with the use of piano just adds to the greatness of the song.
This is a must for any Hard rock fan. This album is not like alot of american hard rock bands out at the moment that all sound the same Red stand out as original band.
