It has a good collection of exercises 20 Nov. 2014
By michael2470 - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Hardcover
i have been following the author's work and this release I was so much looking forward to. It has a good collection of exercises. Some I knew and others were new to me. Where the book really shines is the sporting sections and mostly for me how to work around and fix ailments. Most recommended for anyone wanting to improve their game and work around the aches and pains that come with life
