Product Description

Review

"Finally a book, which doesn't just talk about the power of Kingdom dance, but testifies about it through gripping stories from Saara's own life as one who has trained others in dance throughout the nations. "
--Theresa Dedmon Director of Prophetic Arts at Bethel Church, Redding CA

"The Dancing Bride is the wonderful journey of a radical lover of God, Saara Taina. To see Saara dance is to see the pleasure of the Lord resting upon a person fully given to Jesus. She truly is a lover of God in the fullest sense. This book is both the story of her journey as a worshiper and a manual for instruction and inspiration. In it is the invitation for everyone yielded to Jesus, to learn how to worship extravagantly."
--Bill Johnson, Senior pastor of Bethel Church, Author of "When heaven Invades Earth" and "Face to Face with God"

"The Dancing Bride will not only powerfully encourage the reader to move deeper into expressing their heart to God, but it will also, in a life changing way, help the mind grasp in detail what it means to worship the Father in Spirit and in truth."
--Marc A. Dupont, Mantle of Praise Ministries, Inc

HASH(0x8c5fc5ac) out of 5 stars This book is for dancer and non dancers! 25 Jun. 2012
By Robin Bremer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This was my first book given to me by Destiny to read for a review... WHAT a blessing. I was so excited to see they picked this book. I am a dancer myself and was delighted to see through the scriptures how important dance is and what a difference it makes when you use your whole body to praise the Lord. I gained great revelations into meaning and purpose of dance and will not hold back anymore. I would highly recommend this book to someone who loves to praise and worship but I would also recommend it to men who hold back in praising the Lord in dance thinking it is "not a manly thing". It will change the way you look at worship and give worship.

HASH(0x8c5fc660) out of 5 stars Encountering God through Dance 8 July 2012
By lbeach - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
This book was supplied to me free of charge by Destiny Image Publishers. This is a must-read for those who want to start a dance ministry in their church. Saara offers practical advice as well as insight into how worship through dance can become a weapon against the enemy and a tool for ministry of all kinds.

This is also a refreshing look into the life of a person who has been anointed to do a special work for God. From the time Saara first ministered in dance with her "Youth with a Mission" group in Finland, she knew that worship through dance was for her.

"The dances we did with King's Kids were very simply choreographed, often with just hand movements," says Saara, "but through them I got my first taste of how it feels to worship God with my whole body. I loved it! I joined every possible King's Kids outreach in Finland."

God led Saara from Finland to worship services around the world, from dancing to training worship leaders. Saara offers passionate testimony and biblical application that can be used by worship leaders around the world, whether they serve in small or mega churches.

HASH(0x8c5fca38) out of 5 stars Fantastic 23 Jun. 2012
By Grace - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
I wept as I read "Encountering God Through Dance." It brought back to my remembrance all of the times that God had spoken to me on the great importance of worship. I wept because I realized how much has been stolen from the church. I realized how much joy has been stolen from our churches and homes and lives. I repented for the lack of worship in my own life. This book put an intense longing to extravagantly worship the Lord in my heart. This book has an anointing on it that will bring you back to your First Love. My heart had been so dry for so long. I would read books and go to conferences but nothing seemed to work. This book did what other things haven't. As I read it, the embers were stirred in my heart. A great desire to worship My King returned. The presence of God was so strong as I read this book, I couldn't stop weeping. I believe this was a form of intercession praying for this type of pure worship to be restored to the church. I believe that this book is God's heartbeat for His church.

This book is filled with scriptures that speak of the importance of worship and particularly of dance in worship.

I would recommend this book to all Christians. It describes what we were created for and what we have been seeking.

HASH(0x8c5fce64) out of 5 stars Bringing The Dance Back to Worship 25 Jun. 2012
By Robert A. Burns - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Some churches do allow the dance, but many other do not. Why? (Well read this book!) This book dives, with many scripture references, into truly encountering our Lord through His heart of dance during the time of Worship.
First. it must be recognized that the author is a very thankful person and she is recognized by many for her life of commitment to our Lord. (Just read the Endorsements).
Pastor Bill Johnson states the author is a radical lover of God. Wow!
Just read Chapter 4 How Does the Holy Spirit Work in My Life Through Dance? Saara is truly a loving Lord-led dance instructor.
The Word of our Lord in her heart and the Words in this book will lead many who are driven by the Lord to 'dance for Him'. Dance and just love it!
HASH(0x8c5fcf0c) out of 5 stars Dance Into The Presence of God 11 Jan. 2013
By golden man - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
As King David and Bill Johnson say, what is most important is 'the one thing.' The one thing is being in the presence of Father. It's all-important. Nothing compares with it, even if just a greeter in the house of God. There is more revelation about the correlation of worship and warfare than ever in these last days, and dance will continue to grow in emphasis and miracles will be released when the presence of God draws near.

Saara Taina has a calling to transform the nations through dance. In January, 2009, Saara had a vision in which see saw the whole globe, and all of a sudden the borders of Finland, her home country, started vibrating. Worship began and it spread to other nations. Dancing to the Lord can cause a shift in the atmosphere in the heavens and on earth. Saara says this can change the life of the dancer, the one's watching the dance, and break down enemy strongholds. Dancing can be used to set others free, release healing, and as a prophetic gesture with miraculous results.

Saara was ministering in a Healing Room in the spring of 2010. A couple wanted her to pray for their five year old daughter, who had leukemia. Her daughter wasn't present, but they gave Saara a key ring with their daughter's picture in it. Saara began dancing with the key ring while simultaneously, the worship leader said "Let's dance over cancer.!" (He had no idea about Saara and the key ring.)
The little girl was healed.

In the spring of 2010, she was on a mission trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina. She did a prophetic "happy feet" dance over a hospitalized lady who had legs that were swollen and dark purple. The lady's color in her legs changed right in front of their eyes! She got up and started walking! She then read the small print on her medicine bottle. God was healing her eyes too!

In the Old Testament, Saara tells us there are seven Hebrew words for praise. They are towdah, zamar, shabach, barak, yadah, halal, and tehillah. FIVE OUT OF SEVEN of these words include movement and body language. It's time to learn from our forefathers and apply today the things we have lost over time. The fields are ripe.
Let's dance! If you want to move personally forward with God, get this book and begin dancing before your Maker.

We are in the days where people will gather to sing and to worship and to dance and to create in the presence of God 24/7, without any care if anyone else is there, except for Father God. Lord, You are The Only One.
