4.0 out of 5 stars A good book for GIS situational awareness 1 Nov 2013
By Javed - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
This is actually a very nice book to read if someone wants to understand a bigger picture of how the GIS is used in emergency response and how to plan the response in first place. Although the examples and scenarios explained inside the book are about the US and concerned departments and counties but one can easily adapt it for their own use in their environment or context.
