These are the most amazingly comfortable slippers I have ever owned, and I've been through a few pairs in my life! When I first saw them I knew that they were ideal for my needs but, as they were a bit on the expensive side I walked away and gave it some serious thought - and almost didn't get any as they were obviously very popular! I agree with other reviews that they are definitely superior to many of the cheaper sheepskin slippers that are available(the wool is incredibly soft and luxurious) and I'm certain that they will last for a very long time. It's definitely worth economising on something else to buy these slippers, in the long run it will save you money and keep your toes lovely and warm!

Purchased premium sheepskin slippers purposefully wanting premium grade hide and these EMU Australian-branded slippers seemed to be the best buy....
Postage and packing for the product was all very good but, alas, the same could not be said for the product - One slipper had a small hole repaired on the front of the toes during the manufacturing phase by a glued patch beneath....
The real problem here is that if you are making premium grade slippers the poor thin cuts should not be used where these naturally normal holes appear, especially in such a visual area......
But, as with so many products, this Australian branded slipper is made in China - Need I say more!!!!
Therefore, the price does not match the product.
As we live in Malta, it would be too expensive to return the goods....

Bought these slippers before christmas and they have lasted about 3 weeks before the stitching on the EMU label on the toe started coming away. Not very good for a £65 pair of slippers! Prior to this though, I thought they were great - lovely and warm but not so much that your feet are sweaty in them. They sort of mould to your feet after a while. I am an 8 and they were true to size. I looked forward to putting them on when I got home. I had previously bought the Ugg Ansley but their 8 was way too small so settled for these. In comparison the Emu is much more lightweight than the Ugg equivalent and not as good quality (but then the Uggs are £100). Not as dense sheepskin inside. Anyway they are going back for a refund, Amazon have dealt with it all very swiftly and free to return. Disappointed though, should be £30 not £65 if that. I am sure M&S would have lasted longer!

I really loved these slippers particularly the styling and the fact that you can nip outside in them. I only wear real sheepskin slippers as my feet can breathe in them. Read more
