I am giving a review score of three on this CD. Please, don't get me wrong. I believe this band is an incredible band. The last couple of albums by Burning Point truly were rock masterpieces; however, the production on this CD is not the best. It really pisses me off when a song ends and there is 6, 7, 8 or even 9 or more seconds before the next song begins. I know this is trivial, but a metal album should keep your heart pumping and take you from one headbanger to the next and not let you cool down betweeen songs. I believe this CD is loaded with very good songs but the production of this CD tends to lead me away from the fact the songs are written very well. The musicianship, the lyrics and even the vocals leads me to believe this band is in the forefront of modern metal. This band can easily hold it's own with bands like Bloodbound, Burning Black, Black Majesty, Adagio, Amorphis and Mystic Prophecy. All bands leading us into the future of Heavy Metal. As stated, I really like this band and the songs on this CD, but I am having a hard time with the production quality. If you can handle a metal CD which allows you to take a nap between every song, then this CD is for you because the songs are very good.
