This book encourages every woman to be in control of her life. Makes the reader feel very positive, outlining affirmations to be made every day to help you make your own changes. A must for all women of any age!

I started to read this book in September of 1998 and have used it like a work book every morning. Repeating the affirmations over and over and it has definitely helped me make the changes I'd been after making for years

I bought this book having read a couple of her other books. I was excited to read it because I expected it to have some unique insights into being a woman. However, I found that it repeated a lot of what she had put in her other books, so I was disappointed. I guess it would be a good book to read if you were new to Louise L. Hay.
