For those of us who only make an Employment Tribunal Claim once in a lifetime (hopefully), the whole process is daunting, confusing and opaque. The available help and advice is staggeringly poor, unless of course one spends a fortune on professional legal advice. The playing field certainly doesn't feel like it's level, and it is no wonder that so many people simply give up.
This book fills the gap and is excellent. It explains the process in layman's language, and is stacked with useful advice. It's an absolute must for anyone making an ET claim without legal representation, and extremely useful even for those legally represented or advised.
If you've found this review because you've made an ET claim, then my advice is simply to buy this book now.
