Upon purchasing this, it seemed that I had bought a high standard FPS with plenty of extra features. I took a look round all the single player missions (of which there are 3, so this is clearly geared towards multiplayer) and felt good about it. I was horribly mistaken. You cannot actually go online with this game, it seems the service has been discontinued. The whole selling point of this is multiplayer and without that, there simply is very little reason to waste your money. Splash a bit more cash and buy a game with a quality single player and multiplayer (such as Halo, or Call of Duty) of which this "game" has neither.

The online services of Tribes 2 are fully functional and have been since release, in fact a new server has been launched in the last month which has become popular. Any problems had are down to you.

I love this game its really amazing thing is thou that now its a bit old although its grfx are still as good as current games its lost most of the multiplayer community and there are no multiplayer servers any more so its LAN or single player gaming only im afrade!
