Product Description

Product Description

Carol Wallis shows how easy it is to make a variety of charming and stylish greetings cards with raised patterns using simple embossing techniques. Striking effects can be created quickly and easily using a variety of simple methods. Carol uses handmade papers, vellum, layering, three dimensional techniques, inks and stencils to make simply stunning cards. Decorative effects add a touch of class and glitz to subtly coloured designs and the raised patterns are highlighted with complementary shades and fine glitter. Professional results are not hard to achieve once the basic techniques are mastered, and fun can be had experimenting with different colours and designs. Complete beginners and experienced crafters will be inspired by Carol's innovative approach to card making.

If you are going to only buy one craft book this year - this is the one, I have bought copies for all my friends...
An excellent book, all the projects are imaginative and original yet not requiring the skills of an expert to achieve great results at the first attempt.
