A wonderful book with Elmer. When my son was younger its a lovely book with colours and animals. Hes 2 now and knows the story. It's lovely as elmer is waking up, eating, bathing then bed. All activities he knows and thinks its great.

Great present for my friend's daughter who speaks both Spanish and English. Excellent to reinforce day's activities vocabulary in both languages.

Elmer is also great for very young children as it is all brightly coloured with funny and interesting short stories.
Elmer's day has got to be the most read of all my son's Elmer books - it is such a fun story to read day or night. I can see this becoming a classic like "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" or "Green Eggs and Ham". It is also fun to read to the children - so not a bore for the parents!

13 month old really enjoys all elmer stories. Colours are good and the books are wipeable and hard waring.
