This was a god send to me during my first year exams.

Clear and a good lay out. Not like some Law text books I have on my shelf!

Well worth investing in to have a quick reference point for case law.

Contained 95% of the cases i needed to research in the various topics such as: theft, ABH, GBH, Murder, Omissions, Manslaughter, Burglary

I still flick back to it for cases such as Duty of Care - which can cross over with the law of tort.

This is definitely a student's friend!

This book on cases and materials is useful for the average law student, who wants to be able to pick up a book and find most of the important cases, without having to spend hours researching.
As primarily a case book, however, it should be read in conjunction with a text book to explain some of the law in a more readable way.
