I initially wondered if the CD would live up to its expectations! I had never previously tried hypnosis. I was very surprised. Track one of the CD demonstrates ways of dealing with everyday stress. The methods demonstrated started to work for me almost immediately. Track two is a hypnotic induction. Wow! The first time I used the CD my body became light and I experienced a new level of relaxation. The more times that I have used the CD the better the experience. I would recommend anyone taking anti-depression medication/counselling to give this CD a go!

Having used this cd for some time I now find that I never hear the end anymore as I am always asleep by then. I have also recommended it to people in my private work as a counsellor with a great deal of success.

The review advises people not to buy this audio book because it does nothing for anyone except that it's very relaxing ... I find the review most amusing. The point of the CD is to eliminate stress. If it manages to relax you then don't you think it is working?!!!
