The long wait for this cd has been rewarded with a beautiful collection of songs, most self penned. Ever since first hearing Fiona in Seelyhoo her voice has remained a favourite and along with her sisters in MacKenzie any recording has been a joy. This is no exception despite mostly sung in English it is very atmospheric and personnal. Calum Malcolm's sterling contribution along with Brian O hEadhra is perfect. The surprise track for me is Hi O He due to the sound of Fiona's voice.
Hope we don't have to wait another five years.

This is a gorgeous, delicate album. Like sailing out onto the Atlantic in a singing Northerly breeze in a wee ship made of shells! Fiona has immaculate and distinctive phrasing and gracing and the accompaniments are stark and spare and elegant. Beautiful stuff.

This is a cd to move a heart of stone. Fiona's distinctive haunting vocal quality lends magic to all of these self-penned tracks and the quality of the recording and the backing is exemplary. It is a pleasure to listen to, time and time again.
