I'd like to think I'm no longer a Yoga Beginner, as I've been practicing for a few years on and off. I've recently decided to become more disciplined and figured I'd take the next step to get more flexible, so that I don't look like a crooked old man in classes (I'm a slim 28 year old girl).
This is a pretty bendy work out. I've only been following this DVD for a couple weeks now (3x a week), and have noticed my hip joints have loosened up considerably. So I would definitely recommend it. However, I would also recommend mixing up a more easy going beginners routine in your week, if you haven't ventured out of the beginners DVD area, like me.
The only negative thing I have to say is the lady is a little off-putting. She seems a bit smug, which kind of taints my path to enlightenment.
