This is one of the best electronics books I have come across. I've bought so many books about electronics that don't seem to get straight to the point but this one does. The book is well laid out and explains in considerable detail the main "important" parts that need to be known, even at AS/A-level, which I'm currently studying at college. Very recommendable.

Do you ever find that all the electronics books on the shelf expect you to know everything already when they explain various aspects of electronics? This book is different. It provides clear, concise and easy to understand information on all aspects of electronics.
The book is well organised into chapters and sections to help you find what you're looking for. Its pitched at exactly the right level for A-level Electronics/D&T/Physics students. It goes into suitable depth on all topics covering some difficult issues whilst making them easy to understand. This is the best electronics book i've seen for GCSE+.
