This game follows on from WCIV, a new terrifying alien menace has surfaced, even more dangerous than the feared Kilrathy.
The graphics in the game have been widely improved and the gameplay is more intense and exciting than ever before.
You get to control a new range of craft, some which's names you may remmember, plus new weapons and missiles, more contollable and fun to use.
As before it has a great storyline filled with new and old characters, featuring the return of Blair (Mark Hammil, Luke Skywalker in Star Wars)and Maniac (Tom Wilson, Biff from Back to the Future).
If you are new to Wing Commander give it a try, if not its a must have.
The lack of FMV sequences is a let down for me compared to the last couple of Wing Commanders.
