This game is awesome. It's predecessors were awesome, it's genuinely one of the best sports games around. Graphically it's one of EA's better games; and while the sound content is questionable, the quality of what's there cannot be argued.
The only flaw, and it's a 'BIG' one, is the lack of On-Line play. Why not put it on XBOX LIVE in the UK? They did in America? It's Tiger Woods 2005 all over again. Why take it out? As Brits, we pay more for our games than most other places in the world. We get them later, usually lose any HDTV features or compatability that were in the NTSC versions, and generally get the rough end of the stick.
But even with that record, you still expect a game that came with LIVE in the States to have it over here. It's a disgrace. It's like having a supermodel girlfriend with no teeth - Beautiful from one angle, but missing something that you expect to be there and not the same because of it.
Get the game, by all means. But the inevitable longevity the game would sport WITH LIVE has gone. A genuine disappointment from what could have been one of the best sports games of the year.

This game lets you customise your character its graphics are amazing and the game play will blow you away.Even if you don't like basketball this is the game for you!

Was alright, but was hoping for more after playing a demo of the 360 version. Not playing any of the games before, or watching any basketball I found it hard to get into with no tutorial I had no idea what sort of tricks to pull off to get the rating up, or who to have in my team.
Perhaps with a bit of trial and error I will get better at it, but felt it threw me in the deep end.
