Product Description

1941 is an Android strategy board game based on the conflicts of World War II between the Axis powers (Germany / Japan) and the Allies (Russia / UK / America). 1941 is very similar to the popular board game Axis & Allies®.

This legendary war is carried out over 57 land territories and 48 sea zones, and includes 9 different units like infantry, tanks, bombers and battleships. Conquer the enemy and claim victory by destroying their armies and capturing their capital cities!

In digital form 1941 supports 5 players over two teams, in local pass and play format combined with an advanced AI if desired. It has been exclusively designed and developed for Android devices including medium to high end phones and tablets, with crisp graphics and an intuitive touch interface.

Awesome features include detailed in-game statistics, full replay capability, automatic game saving, custom sounds and legendary music. If you’re a fan of strategy board games like Axis & Allies®, Age of Conquest, World Conquer or Border Siege, don’t miss 1941!

Note that this game is HD and may run out of memory during loading on some older devices, especially those with 512MB of RAM or less, depending on the manufacturer.

3.0 out of 5 stars world domination for thinkers 22 Aug 2013

A good game that loses 1 star for being a bit confusing and 1 star for lack of instructions or a tutorial in game. Clearer instructions are needed to help the new player along, but that's just a minor gripe after a couple of plays you soon get to grip with it. A short tutorial is available on you tube but really needs to be the first thing you play, you shouldn't have to hunt it down.
The graphics are nice and it's a game that relies on playability not flash graphics. The developer allows users to contact him with issues or to suggest improvements which is a good thing.
All in all a game that wargamers will play and most of those will enjoy it once they get over the minor problems

Just to quickly up the rating on this game, there is now a tutorial link in the game, but the rules aren't too tough, the game has a good production quality and is great for casually playing.
