An excellent album!,

I like this album a lot better than 'Woman In Me' and 'Naked' because she sounds more mature and three quaters of the album is good pop music! My favourite track on the album is 'lost' as it has a portishead feel to it. Other great tracks are 'Beautiful Inside', 'First Kiss', '2 Faced', and 'The Best Thing'. Although - 'That's What Friends Are For' and 'Take You There' don't really live up to expectations. Overall a very good album.

....'Beautiful inside' a fine piece of pop, and other highlights include the recent number 3 smash hit '2 - faced', 'first kiss' and 'city boy fix'. This is a strong, forceful album far better than her 1996 debut 'Naked' however it does not feel as if there are as many possible singles on it as 1997's 'Woman In me' which was very commercially successful, but there are enough singles on 'Elbow Beach' to enough to ensure Louise will be at the top end of charts unil her fourth album comes along. VERY GOOD!

Her Best is yet to Come ?,

This album has seen Louise move from her pop, upbeat of Naked, In Walked Love, and Lets Go Round Again, (with the exception of City Boy Fix, from this album)To a more 'sexy' Louise. But She seems to lack the harshness need for 2 Faced (but perhaps thats the point? )All in all quite a disappointing album, with fewer tracks than her previous 2 albums, and not one song seemed to stand out and make you want to play it again. Sorry Louise....
