I bought this as I had been trying to recreate that smoky Chorizo flavour for years using paprika and various chili flavourings without success. The moment you open the tin you instantly get the smell and you`re transported to that Tapas bar with the colour and scent of all things Spanish. Just a small amount is enough to season a casserole dish and the unique smoky flavour is quite unlike anything you can get anywhere else. If you like Spanish food then this is an essential ingredient and not to be confused with ordinary paprika which imparts little flavour by comparison.

powerful smoky powder great for mexican dishes, piri piri chicken we made was really nice aided by the use of this quality item, even better for catering kitchen as would take some time for domestic use

i was about to buy this when it was suggested i try another site and i found it for quarter of the price for the same size tin..all the tins....shop around folks this is a rip off really and why pay this much because its becoming popular now?
