I have had surgery to my shoulder, elbow, and knee.
These techniques are very easy and do a great job of freeing up the joints.
I highly recommend it to anyone who has soar muscle and joint pain.

I chose this rate because this book demonstrates what other books don't and that's the details of the movement most books just make the directions so hard you don't understand what's being given such as using large words or detached words such as smile with your body. There isn't much that I dislike but I wanted too recommend this book to anyone who studies or doesnt study martial arts.

This book was ok. The good was that it covered a variety of stretching methods. PNF. STATIC. DYNAMIC. There was a systematic method of full body warm up. But all information was common knowledge.
