Format: Paperback
This text by Neil Thompson should be owned by anyone involved in communicating with the public. This straight forward and easily read book is suitable for everyone regardless of whether they are professionals or working with NGOs, Charities and provides insight and tools to learn effective communication. I highly recommend it and as someone who teaches this subject to individuals working in subjects allied to medicine I use it as a core text and find it invaluable.
