It shows the time and (small) date numeral. It also has stopwatch function, but my main need was for a simple straightforward watch that just tells the time!
Don't be misled by Amazon's Product Description that mentions "The Wave Ceptor range is one of the first radio controlled watches in the UK market" - it has nothing to do with this watch and, of course, as the specification shows this watch does not belong to the WaveCeptor range.
In summary, this is a great watch, for the price it looks 4 times as expensive than it actually is, and has great features.. Plus it's a 200m waterproof divers watch! What more do you want!
I have seen lots of reviews for this watch one of which actually criticised the watch because the new owner couldnt set the time! To be fair not many watches have the winder screwed to the crown, and nowhere in the advertsing blurb does it say that it is - which I would have thought would be a big positive. Of course the Rolex does have a similar arrangement - probably the first watchmaker to do this.
So bottom line if you dont first unscrew the winder from the body ( a bit like a submarine hatch) the winder does not pop up for you reset the time and and date.
This is a brilliant watch for the money - fits very comfortably on the wrist and easy to adjust. If you are wondering whether you should buy this one or some other watch don't deliberate any longer - BUY THIS ONE. You will not be disappointed
Over all a hit, and I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Disappointing, the watch looks good and has a good weighty feel, but it isn't radio controlled as the listing implies. Read morePublished 15 months ago by Ian
