I wanted a cheap monitor for my dining table and laptop and this does the trick. I have it sitting on top of a black plastic file box to get the right height and it doesn't swivel at all but certainly does a decent job for the price.

What can you say?
Its a monitor, that does the job. My only gripe was that the cable that came supplied with it was absolute rubbish! It was taking ages for the screen to work properly, so its worth investing in a thicker connecting cable.
