Although this is an interesting book and a good read, it is mainly his case studies, which in themselves are fascinating. If you are hoping to find answers to your own health problems as I was, you may be dissapointed, as each case history naturally relates to the individual healing session. A fascinating subject though and worth a read to learn more about this fascinating man. It may be worth noting that many books with Edgar Cayce's name to them are written by someone with good knowledge of the man but don't always live up to expectations, being such a complex and hard to define subject, It's worth checking out before you buy!

Excellent 'dip into anytime'book full of common sense holistic health cures and treatments which still apply today.
I will use this when ever needed, it is full of great alternatives to pharmacueticals and wonderful natural treatments many of which I know of from my grandmother.

I found this a fascinating book to read and will try out some of the remedies suggested. The remedies were sometimes for ingredients not readily available in the shops which made me think this made the book a bit dated in that respect.Shall refer to the book in future medical cases and try the remedies out when able.
