This is an absoutely fantastic product from a writer who clearly has a very in-depth and accurate knowledge of Chemisrty IGCSE! The text is accurate, clear and consise and the diragrams are clean and tidy and provide all of the necessary information. It is fantastic because there are examiners tips running throughout the book meaning you can really get the inside scoop on how examiners think and mark your paper! The questions at the end of each section are useful and very similar to past papers- it is also handy having the notes section after each section- I use it for answering the questions and creating revision summaries! I also LOVE the CD-ROM at the back with all of the answers on because it enables you to easily check that you are getting the answers right! I would reccoment this book to ANYONE taking chemistry IGCSE- dual award or seperate science!
If I had to sum up my experience of the book : I would not do my IGCSE without it and I would be honoured to meet Cliff Curtis as I am sure he is a facinating man, and I envy his class at whatever school he teaches at- they really must be his favourite class- and equally the classes favourite teacher!

I really like this book, the basics of chemistry are now a lot clearer to me, so I can go on to understand everything else for my igsce. It has been set out very well, and uses language which is easily to understand. I am hoping for a good grade which will now be able to achieve because of this book.

This Guide is clear and very easy to use and I would recomend it to anyone who is studying this course. Even the hardest of topics became clear to me as I started to read through this guide. Not only does it cover the essential specification but also extremely useful examners tips and practice exam questions. These exam questions also come with worked exaples and answers for anything you can't undestand. A truely fantastic guide! :)
