A simply wonderful product from "Lodge". So easy to cook with - produces excellent results and no sticking.It's heavy but stays put on the stove.Good value for money. Certainly a match for "le Creuset". You only need a gentle heat as the pan retains its cooking properties a distinct advantage for cast iron. It should last for ever and a day with proper care. An oven glove or handle protector are useful additions both available from "Le creuset". Tonight's steak Perfect.....
