Fantastic product: One of the most sturdy pieces of cooking equipment Ive had the pleasure to cook with. I bought it for my girlfriend since she'd been preaching about the superiority of skillet over other cookware. You never need to wash it with soap, as cooking actually helps season it. You just wipe it down after each cooking escapade- unbelieveable.. But yes, it is true.

The heat transferrance compared to regular pans is incredibly efficient. It is slightly heavier, but this only helps keep it on the cooker! You can also put the whole thing in the oven for post-fry baking or grilling.

Buy a skillet, don't hesitate.

Amazing value Excellent product.I use it for everything. Nothing sticks. Cleans easily.

Fry sausages or lamb cubes then pour batter over. Pop it into a pre-heated oven. Bingo "toad in the hole" and its inherently more healthy than aluminium or non stick Teflon.

Highly recommended. Unlikely to wear out at all. Your grand children will in all probability use this.

Take care though as the handle does get as hot as the pan and an oven glove or handle protector is a must..............

This is a quality product. It is pre-seasoned so no need to spend hours with it in the oven. Be warned though they are heavy and the handle is not that long so you need to have strong wrists and arms!
