As a long-sufferer of eczema I wasn't expecting this book to be able to tell me anything new - but I was pleasantly surprised. I found its Question and Answer format easy to read, with helpful chapters so you don't have to sit and read the book the whole way through to find what you're after. I learned a lot, and its certainly helped me understand how I can help myself.

This is a brilliant book - I wish I had bought it years ago for my own eczema but only purchased it recently as my son suffers also. The advice in the book is in line with what your GP will tell you but it gives you so much information on creams and steroids making it easier for you to ask/tell your GP what you need. It is also very helpful when faced with 'old wives tales' and 'myths'! I really do think it's a must for anyone unfortunate enough to suffer with eczema.
