it may be that I have some prejudices re. the overall concept of project management, but I honestly found the book full of trivial observations and conclusions.

mostly about common sense.

Good resource on project management 19 Jan 2014
By Cheng Yi Chiao - Published on
Format: Hardcover
This is a good resource for seasoned or beginner project managers. Definitely more useful than the PMI PMBOK. That is just too wordy and the concepts presented are too convoluted.

This text paints a good picture with good visuals to illustrate concepts. Recommended for anyone who needs to do project management or just to sharpen the saw.

Good text for teaching as well.
