Dr. Heller makes a fine contribution to a vexing subject, and makes it attractive for teens, families, and teachers--as the subtitle suggests. Health professionals will also find it very useful. Topics include anorexia, binge eating, obesity, dieting and prevention. She addresses males as well as females, provides clear definitions and descriptions, case histories, and a resources list.
