I could not put this book down until I had finished it. It is a mine of interesting information that I had no idea about. I have already reccommended it to lots of friends, even those that are not yet going through the menopause. The only thing to do now is to change those eating habits....

Going through what is euphemistically called 'The Change' with all the usual symptoms - plus a few I'd never even dreamed of - I can recommend this book to anyone who, like me, does not want HRT and is looking for other ways to deal with menopause.

It's got a clear and concise layout, with common sense, easy-to-follow guidelines for adjusting your diet, and is packed with masses of useful information. Worth it's weight in gold!

i just love this book , it is so informative and sensible. I have been recommending it to family and friends. I love the colourful pictures of the recipes and I am having fun working my way through each recipe and I love the way they are so varied. I would definitely recommend it - even to people who are not going through the menopause as it so healthy!
