4.0 out of 5 stars play with your food 6 Nov. 2005
By Melissa Sack - Published on
It's dinner time and Little Ivy Lousie wants to do anything except eat her peas. She begins to play with her peas. She imagines them in a circus. The peas do all sort of circus acts on her tray. Join Ivy Lousie and her famous circus of peas for a fun dinner show!

The only bad thing about the book is that parents may not enjoy the fact that Ivy Louise never eats her peas!

It would make a great read aloud to the preschool crowd. There are lots of fun things to look at on every page.

My 26 month old son asks me to read this book to him every night. A fun book that is easy to get the kids excited about reading.

Simply delicious! I would highly recommend this book for any parent wishing to bring fun to the dinner table. With his simplistic illustrations and warm colors, Leo Landry brings faces of Ivy Louise and her Tender Tiny Peas to life!

5.0 out of 5 stars A child's dinner tray holds an adventure of action 14 Jun. 2005
By Midwest Book Review - Published on
Leo Landry writes and illustrates the very simple Eat Your Peas, Ivy Louse! which introduces readers to the world's smallest circus starring the Tender Tiny Peas. A child's dinner tray holds an adventure of action - which doesn't involve consumption, unfortunately, in this easy reader.
