The way this book is written makes it a really fun and amusing way to read some pretty highly technical and specialist advice about everything you need to lose weight, tone up and still keep a life. Very funny and very informative at the same time. It has inspired me!

totally disappointing - there is absolutely nothing of any great interest or value in this book - compared to to 101 Things to do before you diet ... by Mimi Spencer. Also Madame Blum is a trifling condascending in her tone ... its off to the Hospice Charity Shop with this book.

As alluded to by other reviewers, this book lacks the type of hard diet information most people looking to lose weight need. If you want truly outstanding nutritional advice that isn't talked about in mainstream books, I recommend The Ultimate Diet Guide - For Busy Women! No Starving, No Food Restrictions, No Gym Workouts Required!
This book was a fun read. So if entertainment is what you want, get this. But for me personally, I was quite disappointed with the quality of information.

Fun, Fabulous and Smart

This book is a great read, it gets to the heart of most women's issues and gives great tools to help them deal with issues in a realistic way. I have used many of these tools in my practice and it's wonderful to have someone put it together in this way.

Fun and fabulous! I adore this book! I'm getting one for all the women in my family. Filled with great nutritional advice and lots of delightfully wonderful information to help you feel and be the most gorgeous version of yourself! I recommend this to anyone!
