SEAFOOD PASTA
Ingrediants
8oz/225g/3 cups wholewheat pasta spirals
8oz/225g cooked peeled prawns
7oz/200g can of crab meat or 8 crab sticks
4oz/100g green beans
4oz/100g mange tout (snow peas)
1 red pepper
2T sesame oil
10oz/300g jar soya mayonnaise
2oz/50g toasted flaked almonds
Method
De-seed and chop pepper, slice beans and Mangetout diagonally
Add pasta to a large saucepan of boiling,lighlty salted water, cook for 8-12 minutes.
Heat oil in a wok or large heavy based frying pan, add the veges and stirfry for 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta and transfer to a large warmed serving dish. Add the veges along with the prawns, crab meat or crab sticks.
Stir in the Soya Mayo, mix everything well and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Serve at once.
