4.0 out of 5 stars Lots of great recipes, 8 July 2008
By Stewart Stryker "stewstryker" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Eat to Beat High Blood Pressure (Paperback)
My wife and I have found a lot of tasty recipes from this book, even though one of us is a picky eater. We've put a lot of bookmarks in this after finding recipes we like. Instructions could be written a little clearer, but a careful read will solve that.

Recipes use commonly-available items (in the USA) and standard methods. No great skills are needed here.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good food and good information, 25 Aug 2006
By K. Brown "timandkelley" - Published on Amazon.com

So far we've tried 3 of the recipes. My husband has high blood pressure so we are working on our eating, controlling the amount of sodium in his diet, excercise and better sleep. This is a fun cookbook with lots of recipes, I look forward to trying more!

Bought this book for my mom who has very high blood pressure. She has not only eaten healthier to reduce her blood pressure, but she also enjoyed trying the new recipes.
