If you've never done yoga before and are wanting an easy way to get into it - this DVD is for you. The pace is good for beginners through a simple range of poses (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). The instructor is really helpful in improving your poses and the music is relaxing. Although some positions are a bit of a stretch, the 70 minutes of breathing, stretching and relaxing just fly's by.
The only criticism I have is that there are only about half a dozen poses covered so it can get a bit repetitive if you do it every day - but I guess it is a beginners' tape after all so I can't be too critical.
