Easy Shaper Set Yep, I surely agree with the other reviewers, it's great for portable exercise equipment. Just beware that if you snap a resistance band not only does it hurt you but it will also hurt your pocket. Spares don't seem to be available in the uk and the only option is to buy another easy shaper.

This must be the best exercise product ive ever bought,you feel like you ve done a session at the gym in half the amount of time,lightweight,easy to store.Only one problem is if you break the dvd like i did i had to buy the whole thing again as the dvd is only available from the us,costing $7.99 plus $1.95 shipping but that doesnt include tax so im guessing it would cost around £20 in tax to send,so i just bought another as it would of cost the same ,so try not to scratch break or lose the disc :)it does have instruction booklet but im not that motivated unless i have the dvd .

This product is easy to use and does the job it is intended for, its fantastic value and the easy storage of the item makes this exercise equipment a must for all those keep fit people, and a stand in for days when the gym seems to much.
